BUSINESS MANAGER

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Business Manager to oversee strategic planning, operational management, and client engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos. The Business Manager will be responsible for driving organizational growth, managing teams, ensuring the successful delivery of consulting services, and fostering strong client relationships. Additional duties include optimizing internal processes, monitoring key performance indicators, and providing leadership to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

Strong strategic planning and operational management skills
Proficiency in client relationship management and team leadership
Financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced business environments
Experience with leveraging innovative technologies and tools for business improvement
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience in consulting, project management, or a similar role
Professional certifications in business or management consulting are an advantage
5–10 years of progressive experience in business operations, commercial management, or enterprise development.
Ability to work independently, make strategic decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
