Job Summary
The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team and clients to understand business needs, translate technical solutions into clear value propositions, and support the entire sales cycle.
Daily activities include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, responding to technical inquiries, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and assisting in proposal development and solution design.
Engaging with customers on-site, gathering feedback for continuous improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with client requirements.
The Sales Engineer will maintain accurate records of client interactions, support customer training sessions, and help meet sales targets.
