- B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- 1–2 years experience (NYSC or internship acceptable)
- Basic understanding of engineering products used in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas environments, such as valves, pumps, and industrial equipment
- Willingness and ability to learn product specifications, applications, and industry use cases quickly
- Basic understanding of industrial processes and how engineering equipment supports operations
- Ability to interpret basic technical information and communicate it clearly to clients
- Strong willingness to work in a target-driven sales environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
